Employees can also download their own payslips from the self-service portal anytime.
One source of truth, zero transcription
Payslips are rendered headlessly from the finalized run's locked component snapshot. There is no export-to-Word step, so the payslip can never disagree with the payroll register.
Distribution is a scheduler, not an afternoon
Bulk email distribution is scheduled at finalization and dispatched automatically. Employees who want last March's payslip get it themselves from the portal instead of raising a ticket.
Statutory itemization by default
Every payslip itemizes the statutory deductions the run computed — EPF employee share, ESI, PT slab deduction and monthly TDS — so employees see exactly where gross became net.
